　　IP Calling Card Service: Empowered by IP technology, China Telecom provides users with long-distance telephone services. With an IP card, users can make regional, state-to-state long-distance calls. One card can be used in all cities within Sichuan province.

　　IC Calling Card Service: The card is inlayed with an IC chip. Inserting the IC card to the reading machine, holders can make phone calls with charges collected automatically.

　　96333 Jinrong Prepayment Card Service: A call charge payment card offered by Sichuan Telecom. Now, the card can be used to pay the call charges of fixed phone services and Internet services in Chengdu only.

　　Huyi Card Service: is available to the subscribers who use the“Go Tone” service of Sichuan Mobile, A Class mobile phone services and fixed phone services of China Unicom (Sichuan) and fixed phone services of China Railcom.

　　300(China Calling Card) Service : is known as the China Calling Card Service provided by CHINA TELECOM on the basis of the intelligent network. The 300 card is a telephone card with password and user ID, according to which call charges are collected.

　　Yitong Telephone Service: nicknamed in Chinese, the "Yitong" service is internationally known as the "E-Call"(economy call)service. This is an international long-distance telephone service that is realized through international private line using the IP technology. ４.PHS(Personal handy phone System)　　
　　Personal Handy phone System-PHS , nick-named in Chinese as “Xiao Lingtong”, is defined as the extension and supplementary of the wired-line telephone system.. PHS is constructed by the cell infrastructure, There are two types of CS(Cell Station), the first type of cs output power is 500mW/200mW, the other type’s output power is 10mW. The CS output power is in the same level with the terminal phone.
